Our local professional and friendly service is quick and efficient. Service can be provided on a call-for-service basis to home users and businesses. However, purchasing a maintenance contract can benefit the business user in a number of important ways. Our regular service package can include the following:
Preventative maintenance

On-going service

- liaise with custom software suppliers on technical issues
- update Windows on the servers and workstations on a regular basis

Printer Maintenance
- standardize the mapping and uses of the shared printers in the various environments
- provision of top quality replacement cartridges for all laser printers (remanufactured cartridges where practical) at competitive pricing
- provision of replacement ribbons for POS printers and any line printers
- quarterly cleaning of printers
